What is a Will?
A Will is a document that specifies who you want to have everything you own when you die, for most people this usually means their spouse/partner and then their children.
In a Will you appoint someone to act as your Executor and should your children be under 18 you also appoint Guardians.
You can make financial provision for children under 18.
Make specific gifts to friends and family
Secure your share of the property that your children are not disinherited
If your Estate is worth more than £285,000 to reduce the Inheritance Tax burden
Stipulate funeral arrangements for example if you want a particular piece of music to be played.
